S-pushTAN-App
To retrieve your online banking login details, you will need the S-pushTAN-App. If your S-pushTAN-App is not working or hasn’t yet been set up, these instructions explain how to request a new registration letter.

At some stage during this process, you will be asked to enter your Sparkassen-Card (debit card) number. This number can be found on the rear of your card.
Username or login ID for online banking
If you have forgotten your online banking PIN, you can use your username or login ID to restore access to online banking. You can find your login ID in the letter with your initial login details (username and the initial PIN for online banking).

If you know your username you can request a new initial PIN for online banking and unlock access to online banking at virtually every (participating) Sparkassen ATM. To do so, simply verify your identify with your Sparkassen-Card (debit card) and card PIN at the ATM.

Do not confuse: Your online banking PIN with your app passwords:
Forgotten your online banking PIN? You will need this PIN to log into online banking. Do not confuse your online banking PIN with the passwords for the App Sparkasse or S-pushTAN-App or the PIN for your Sparkassen-Card (debit card).
Online banking access blocked:
If you have entered your online banking PIN incorrectly three times, your access will be temporarily blocked for security reasons.
In that case, you can unlock access by going back to your online banking portal and entering the correct online banking PIN twice plus a valid TAN. Instead of a TAN, you can also approve this action on the S-pushTAN-App.
If you have forgotten your online banking PIN, you can request your login details by clicking on “Forgotten online banking PIN” (“Online-Banking-PIN vergessen”). Alternatively, you can also use the link for “Forgotten login details” (“Zugangsdaten vergessen”).
If you enter an incorrect online banking PIN again at this point, your online banking access will be permanently blocked for security reasons. To remove the lock on your online banking PIN, follow the instructions under “Remove online banking PIN lock”.
